Shiva Shakouri

Shiva is a third-year undergraduate at Purdue University majoring in Quantitative Economics and Data Analytics, Political Science, and Global Studies, alongside a certificate in Data Science. Her research centers on the economic impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market and the future of work. Since January 2025, she has contributed to the Fairwork project at GRAIL, where she helps develop the codebook through rigorous literature analysis and conducts descriptive statistical evaluations. Her work also supports a systematic literature review and a chapter in Manuel Souto-Otero’s volume, A Research Agenda for Education and Labour Markets.
