GRAIL brings together faculty, students, and partners interested in collaborative research, sharing ideas across disciplines and sectors, and producing rigorous and impactful, policy-relevant work on the topic of AI.

GRAIL is at its heart a research lab, dedicated to interdisciplinary collaboration amongst academic researchers and students. Our faculty have backgrounds as leaders in government, industry, and the NGO sector, and our students are passionate and talented future professionals in AI policy and ethics.

GRAIL facilitates formal and informal educational opportunities for different types of learners. Formal opportunities include academic coursework, certificates, and degree programs, as well as research opportunities.
