Ogadinma is a PhD student in the Political Science department at Purdue University, studying International Relations and Comparative Politics.

Ogadinma Enwereazu is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at Purdue University, specializing in International Security. Her research explores the proliferation of emerging and disruptive technologies and their implications for (in)security, focusing on lethal autonomous weapon systems, nuclear technology, digital surveillance, and related capabilities employed by state and non-state actors across democratic to authoritarian regimes. At GRAIL, she serves as the Graduate Lead for the Artificial Intelligence Governance and Regulatory Archive (AGORA) project, contributing extensively to AGORA, particularly in carrying out the initial codings, interpreting the initial dataset, and training and onboarding team members. Ogadinma holds an M.A. in Conflict, Security, and Development from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, and a B.Sc. in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Nigeria. Her work has been published in journals like Behavioral Sciences of Terrorism and Political Aggression, the Proceedings of the AAAI/ACM Conference on AI, Ethics and Society, among others.
